Tears
Fall Tears
fall from her eyes Hanging on her eyelids
My
lips kiss each tear It’s
like plucking a sweet fruit From
a weakened branch Her
tears are not of sadness But
of unexpected joy What
once lived in her mind as a fantasy Something
she dare not even speak of Indeed
can be touched As
a living, breathing entity few ever realize She
has stood in its path Overwhelmed
with its passion And
is as beautiful as she imagined it to be Her
tears will fall again But
there will be a smile in her heart. Dean
