Name Poem… From
afar I saw you Beauty
should always be admired up close, Uncertain
in my approach I mumble, Something
obviously inarticulate But
you are kind and knowingly aware Accustomed
to the awkward advances of men such as me Your
beauty is quiet, unassuming In
your presence I feel worthy And
I leave you to your book. Watched
as this kid tried his game on this young lady. It’s working cause she is
smiling.
