Let
There Be No Doubt
I
ache to kiss you again To
delve into your sweetness And
extract your essence Your
love for me I want on display Let
there be no quiet whispers Of
what you feel for me I
want them all to know It is
me you love For
they already know It is
you I can’t live without When
I kiss you again My
lips will be ripe with ache My
tongue will still have your taste Come
and claim what is yours Before
another gathers the strength Believing
she stands a chance When
that thought was merely an illusion Of a
foolish heart gone awry Be
that as it may don’t take for granted What
you already know to
be true Even
a heart full of love Can
run its course with patience I am
waiting, don’t be long Come
with your heart and be ready to love. Dean Jean-Pierre (I feel a rush of
inspiration. I can’t put my finger on it but this one has a different feel,
writing pattern to it. It reminds me of stuff I read long ago as a kid.)
