I’m
dying… I’m
dying… In
the absence of you…I’m dying If
you kissed me at this exact moment Breathing
life anew into my physical being You
would save me from a most lonely existence My
salvation in these most trying of times Is
faith in you, faith in love, and faith in us I’m
dying… I
feel myself slipping away You’re
not too far behind holding my hand Together,
we can save each other from a life filled with sadness When
a love like this should only bring happiness… Without
you to get me through this life I’m
dying… My
fear is that when all is said and done Will
all this time spent apart Will
it leave us so brokenhearted That
not even love can overcome Will
all those nites of tears falling Of
painful yearning for our hearts to no longer hurt Will
we have anything left to give After
so many years of holding on to the belief That
for the sake of love The
pain we’ve endured is worth it For
that joyful day when we start our life together. I’m
dying…I’m dying But
not yet, there’s too much left to live for Happiness
is right around the corner Jean-Pierre,
Dean (1999 I would assume correctly-so melodramatic-goodness)
