Hungry
Kisses
Our
kisses are hungry As
if we haven’t eaten in days There’s
an urgency of an immediate need For
our kisses to feed our innermost desires Your
lips are supple, ripe like some sinful fruit I’ve
eaten but long ago forgotten The
memory of it lives in my lips Every
kiss from you now, Brings
it back to life Your
lips taste like fire Forever
will its heat be imprinted on mine. Dean Jean-Pierre (in the cradle
of night’s arms)
