Hope is Beautiful…
There she stands all alone lost in thought
With a faraway look I’ve seen before
She dreams of a life beyond her circumstance
Knowing that dreams help her escape
The despair her life has become
And wherever dreams are fertile
Darkness ceases to exist
Hope for a better life is as close as tomorrow
Her eyes flutter open from a conversation with God
Strength has been found to see another day.
