Heart
Touch
I
want to close my eyes in the dark
Give
my mind some needed rest
And
reach for something that I can’t yet see
But
I know it’s there just beyond my vision
Just
a heart touch away from warmth
I
can feel its presence ever near
I
can hear her whisper so very clear
When
sleep touches my eyes
In
my dreams I hope to find
The
one my heart’s been praying for
Each
and every night.
