God Loaned Me An Angel…
There are angels in human form
Walking side by side unknown
to us
Everyday their voice resonates
in our words and deeds
Kindness of heart born out of
their life choices
We’ve observed them through
the years
In their path we should choose
to follow
Quiet examples of respect and
honor
Is the legacy she’s passed
down to me
And it’s that same legacy
I hope to leave my son.
