Feelings long Forgotten…
What is this feeling consuming me
Something
I haven't felt in years
I feel the stirrings of a longing
A longing to be held, to be in love again
My thoughts I find wondering to a place
My heart knew once upon a time, strange
I resist the urge to run for seclusion
Hide away, write beautiful words and live
vicariously
This time I might leave the window open
Let the breeze blow in let my feelings
come out for awhile
Walk in the sunshine, leave the darkness
behind
Spring never tasted so sweet.
